This tailor made trip focuses on the ancient culture and history of Georgia, one of the world’s most ancient cultures, at the junction of Europe and Asia, and straddling the stunning Caucasus Mountains. Despite its small area Georgia has an incredibly varied topography and is one of the most mountainous countries in Europe. During the winter many of the remote mountain areas are completely cut off from the outside world which makes visiting them, like stepping back in time.
The temperature is moderated by the mountains forming a barrier to colder air to the north and on the Black Sea Coast palm trees grow in the mild subtropical climate.
This tour is tailor made so can be adapted to your travel style.
